This veteran NBC Television Host and Producer has experience in producing Public Affairs programs, educational videos and has been the Host/Producer of "Capitol View", "Hartford Late Night", the "MDC Program and an episode of MTV's "My Super Sweet 16." Her work in film includes acting in " The Queen of the Media" and "Everybodys Fine" with Robert DeNiro. She has also done stand up comedy for "Hey Mon" at the Laugh Factory. The show aired on the Caribbean International Network.
She earned her BA from UConn and her MBA from Western New England University. She has been an international Flight Attendant, a Teacher, a Senior Director, a Newspaper Columnist, a VP of Marketing & Business Development and an Equity & Inclusion Director.

The talented award winning Director, Rashad Frett best known for his work on the television pilot, "Second District" is a New York University, Tisch School of the Arts student. Prior, this army vet was a combat medic and later attended Central Connecticut State University to study film. Rashad filmed promo films for organizations, commercials for Comcast networks, short films, narratives, PSA’s, and music videos. His official directing debut on film was for the pilot titled “The Second District” which he did under Solid Brick Entertainment with his good friend/ CEO Pierre M. Coleman. The buzz from the trailer alone spread like wildfire all over the world and media coverage from all over the Tri-state area including an article in the "Wall Street Journal". It also dominated the New York International Film Festival (NYIFF) to win as “Best Urban Short Film” and made him an award winning director. Frett who wrote K.I.N.G. has also received awards for Best Short at NYU - Tisch, won the Real to Reel competition at the African American Film Festival in Miami and garnered a third award for K.I.N.G. by winning Best Short at the Bronze Lens Film Festival in Atlanta.
Pierre M. Coleman is the founder of Solid Brick Entertainment. His passion for film dates back to his childhood and ever since he's been pursuing it. He's a native of Newark, NJ and he grew up in a large family that has been his major support system.
He studied at Howard University's School Of Communications and earned his degree in Film Production. This gifted film student also worked hard outside of school to gain experience. His career includes working on Crossing Over with John Edwards, MTV Networks, Discovery Channel and Ventana Productions. After graduating, Pierre has worked on films starring Queen Latifah, Will Smith, Cameron Diaz, Ashton Kutcher, Jennifer Anniston, Owen Wilson, Steve Carrell and Taraji P. Henson. He also worked on "The Wire", "Second District" and "The Real Housewives of Potomac" series and is now on the journey to become a successful Director and create quality projects. He's recently shot a short film and documentary including, "Hello, My Name is Trouble".
